Terms of Service

Quovex ("we", "us") operates a lead generation service for construction contractors ("you", "client"). We identify, screen, and deliver prospective customer inquiries in your service area and trade.

Every lead we deliver is screened on five criteria: confirmed budget, defined scope, matching service area, timeline within 90 days, and verified intent to be contacted.

If a delivered lead fails one of these criteria, notify us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost. Replacement is the sole remedy for a criteria-failing lead.

Pricing is agreed in writing before any lead is delivered. Invoices are issued on the terms stated in your agreement and are due within 15 days unless otherwise specified. Late invoices may pause future lead delivery.

You agree to contact delivered leads promptly, represent your services accurately, and comply with all laws applicable to your trade, including licensing, insurance, and consumer protection rules.

Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with 15 days notice. Fees for leads already delivered remain due.

You may not resell, share, or transfer delivered leads to any third party. Lead contact information is provided solely for your direct business use.

We do not guarantee that any lead will convert to a signed contract. Our total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
